La 13ème édition du Symposium International du Tourisme a eu lieu du 19 au 21 septembre 2011. 170 participants triés sur le volet venant du monde entier et représentant 120 entreprises, ainsi que des institutions gouvernementales et professionnelles, se sont réunis pour discuter des véritables enjeux du tourisme pour le futur.
Cette prouesse technologique de mise en ligne des interventions complètes a été possible grâce au partenariat avec la société suisse Klewel SA qui a mis en application son tout nouveau produit, le Triskel. Présenté au salon international de l’audiovisuel IBC 2011 à Amsterdam le mois dernier, Triskel est une plateforme complète de webcasting nouvelle génération. Elle permet d’enregistrer et de publier en ligne toutes présentations orales et visuelles faites lors de séminaires, conférences ou autres types de manifestations.

Klewel présentera Triskel© au salon international de l’audiovisuel IBC 2011 à Amsterdam du 9 au 13 septembre 2011, Hall 4, Stand 4.C85. Destiné dans un premier temps aux professionnels de l’audiovisuel et de l’événementiel, le Triskel© est une plateforme complète de webcasting nouvelle génération. Elle permet d’enregistrer et de publier en ligne toutes présentations orales et visuelles faites lors de séminaires, conférences ou autres types de manifestations.
Triskel c’est quoi ?
Triskel© incorpore une station d’enregistrement audiovisuel, associée à un portail web. En un seul clic, la station Triskel© enregistre de manière simultannée le son, la vidéo et les diaporamas projetés lors d’une manifestation. La station klewel s’utilise avec un micro (ou en sortie de table de mixage son) et une caméra (ou en sortie de régie audiovisuelle). La captation de chaque présentation démarre et s’arrête simplement en appuyant sur une touche. Au terme de l’évènement, il suffit de cliquer sur « upload » pour automatiquement envoyer et sauvegarder l’ensemble des enregistrements sur les serveurs de Klewel. Avant diffusion sur le type de support souhaité, la présentation peut être personnalisée à volonté. Un clic et c’est en ligne ! La station Triskel© est disponible sous forme de valise aisément transportable. Le portail web Triskel© permet de référencer automatiquement les contenus (audio, vidéo, diaporama), de les éditer et de les publier, en toute simplicité sur tout site Internet. De surcroît le contenu de chaque diaporama est lui aussi indexé dans le but de pouvoir retrouver facilement un passage clé. Les données multimédia sont hébergées par Klewel.
Plus-value et innovation apportées
Triskel© est l’outil de production indispensable pour une agence audiovisuelle voulant être à la pointe du progrès. Klewel pérennise les présentations qui sont en plus rapidement consultables, de manière claire, facilement retrouvables (moteur de recherche). Les contenus sont personnalisables à volonté, directement intégrées sur tout site Internet ; visionnables sur tous les types de supports (ordinateur, tablette, téléphone mobile) et enfin accessibles via Internet (tout public) ou un Intranet (protégé).
Il n’est plus besoin de demander à chaque orateur les fichiers originaux PowerPoint, c’est un gain de temps et un souci en moins. Triskel© permet de visualiser l’ensemble des contenus projetés quelque soit le format d’origine (PowerPoint, PDF etc.) y compris les vidéos. Une des spécificités de Klewel est d’offrir, sur la base de logiciels de reconnaissance vocale, un moteur audio recherchant dans les allocutions un ou plusieurs mots clés. De plus, le client dispose d’un outil statistique intégré afin de mesurer l’intérêt suscité par les présentations et de cibler le contenu futur de manière pertinente.
Historique de Triskel ©
Depuis 2007, la société propose ses prestations de service dans le cadre de séminaires de toutes tailles et congrès internationaux. Egalement depuis le début de la création de cette entreprise, les ingénieurs de Klewel SA issus de l’Institut de recherche Idiap et de l’EPFL ont planché sur ce produit, en étant à l’écoute du marché. Les prestations de service ont aidé à développer le produit Triskel. Klewel a grandi à partir des besoins de ses clients. Triskel© a été testée chez plusieurs clients dont l’EPFL de Lausanne pour enregistrer et diffuser des cours et séminaires.

The company Klewel announces today the launch of Triskel©. Klewel will be showcasing its new product Triskel© at the international exhibition of audiovisual IBC 2011 in Amsterdam on September 9-13, 2011, Hall 4, Stand 4.C85. Firstly intended for audiovisual professionals and event service agencies, Triskel© is a comprehensive webcasting platform to record and publish presentations given at events such as international conferences.
What is Triskel©?
Triskel© consists of an audio-visual recording station associated with a web portal. The Triskel© station can be used with a microphone (or the output of a mixing console) and a camera (or the output of the audiovisual control room). Recording of each event starts and stops at the simple press of a button. Once recording is complete, data is automatically uploaded to a server. The Klewel station is available as a portable computer or it may be delivered in a customised form to meet conference organizers’ needs.
Triskel’s web portal makes it possible to automatically reference, edit and publish content (audio, video, slide shows) in total simplicity. One click and it’s online! In addition, the content of each presented slide is also indexed for search purpose. Each event is accessible anytime, anywhere (at home, at the office or elsewhere) and can be viewed on all types of media: computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.
